Percy L. Williams, Jr. - Broker

Born and raised in Arkansas, Percy graduated from the University Of Arkansas at Pine Bluff with a B.S. in Mathematics and then earned a Masters in Business Administration from John F. Kennedy University, a private University in Orinda, California. Upon graduation, Percy has held numerous senior level management jobs in Quality/Process engineering, Manufacturing, Sales and Marketing with small to large corporations such as Minnesota Mining and Manufacturing, Ford Motors, A. O. Smith Corporation, Memorex Corporation and The Vendo Company. He was published in Canadian Vending and Vending Times magazines on the subject of wireless technology in vending and the financial benefits.

Since 1991, Percy has been a licensed real estate broker working full time in real estate as a broker/owner with Carriage House Properties until 2001 when he and Greg Maroot founded PEM Properties, Incorporation. PEM Properties has represented numerous clients in residential, apartment and land/sub-division sales and financing in the San Joaquin Valley.

He is well established in the Fresno community having served as the Board Chairman and President for the Fresno County United Way, Vice President for Fresno Chamber of Commerce, Board member for the Valley Business Conference Business Committee, Fresno State Business Advisory Committee and served as a Fresno City Human Rights Commissioner. He is a well known social contributor to our community at the grass roots level.

Percy stresses that while it may be difficult to get your mind around it…always look at your real estate transaction as an investment! He is customer service oriented and fun to be around with his positive outlook on life.

Crystal P. Wells-Williams- Broker 

Born in Reading, England was raised from a very young age in Fresno, CA.  Crystal began her career in real estate as an employee and later an agent with one of the largest firms in the Central Valley. Her passion for real estate and natural desire to help others, led to her becoming an owner/broker of Carriage House Properties in 1992

Currently, and for the past 10 years, she has been an owner/broker with PEM Properties, Inc.  To increase service to clients through a one-stop shop approach Crystal opened a mortgage lending service, Wells Financial & Associates, Inc. when the real estate industry began to grow exponentially in the 1990’s.

Crystal’s education began at Fresno City College, then California State University Fresno while finishing her degree later at the University of Mary - Bismarck, ND with a B.S. in Management.

Crystal understands that clients want and should receive the best customer service possible from their real estate agent. She believes clients want a clear and transparent process from the time they begin the search through the close of escrow and encourages open dialogue throughout the process.

Crystal say’s “I have worked with diverse ethnicities and the commonality among all buyers is to find their dream home.” She recognizes the importance of finding the right property to fit client’s needs and understands that open communication at the beginning of the process is crucial to achieving that goal.

Crystal explains that, “Clearly, in today’s market the best buy is the property everyone wants. By establishing that open and understanding relationship between Realtor and Buyer, there is a “best buy” for everyone.” She reminds her clients that teamwork and patience is the key to success.

Susan Wells- Sales Associate


As a native of New York, Susan grew up in the Lower Hudson River Valley.   In 1983, Susan graduated with a degree in Applied Science/ Respiratory Therapy from Westchester Community College and started work soon after for the Westchester County Medical Center Neonatal ICU until 1994.                 

For the past 22 years, Susan has resided in the Central Valley of California where she has raised three children and been an active member of her community. When she isn't in a PTSA Meeting, participating as a CASA Advocate, or the booster club, Susan enjoys breeding, training and riding Dressage Horses.

Also, Susan enjoyed decorating and remodeling her home that was featured in the March 2016 Edition of Lifestyle Magazine, which inspired her to get into Real Estate.
